Cardio classes

STEP-0 – Introduction to step-aerobics class. Low intensity. For beginners.
STEP-1 – class consists of basic steps and their variations. Medium intensity. Recommended for those with an intermediate level of preparation.
STEP-2 – class with difficult step exercises. High intensity. For advanced step-aerobics enthusiasts
LO-O – Intro to aerobics class. Low intensity. For beginners.
LO/STEP (mix)-1 – combination of classic aerobics and step-aerobics. Medium intensity. Recommended for those with an intermediate level of preparation
SPINNING RECOVERY – group cycling. Pulse will be from 50-60% of your maximum pulse. Basics of SPINNING techniques.
SPINNING ENDURANCE – uniform, long-term cycling training. Pulse will be from 65-75% your maximum pulse. Effective training for burning calories at the expense of the fat component. Medium intensity.
SPINNING INTERVAL – interval cycling class for cardiovascular respiratory development (speed, power, endurance) Pulse will be from 65-90% of maximum pulse. High intensity.
STEP 0-1 – transitional class between beginner and first level. Consists in combinations of basic steps and their variations. Medium intensity.
STEP 0+ABS – intro step-aerobics and step-aerobics basic. Low intensity. Classes include exercises for abdominal muscles. For beginners.

DUMBBELLS – aqua-aerobic class. Middle training level. Make use of special AQUA-dumbbells. Power class for shoulder-girdle and abdominal muscles
MIDDLE-MIX – middle training level. Make use of different equipment for the whole body muscles.
AQUA-CORE – power training class for back and abdominal muscles. For middle training level.
AQUA-BALANCE MASTER-CLASS – class for trained. Develop all body muscles and coordination using special balance boards.
AQUA-STEP MASTER-CLASS – power class for back muscles, abdominal muscles, legs and buttocks. Class develops aerobic skills and cardiovascular system.
AQUA-BUTTOCKS MASTER-CLASS – power class for leg muscles and buttocks. Make use of special aqua-boots.Intensity load is higher than middle.

AQUA KIDS (5-7) – - classes for kids who can balace on the water. Programme works on forming correct posture and prevents flat-footedness. Makes use of special equipment and play exercises.
BABY GYM (5-7) – - training-briefing on a special kid’s gym equipment in a mini-group (3 kids). (35-40 min).
AQUA BALL (7-11) – this class makes kids know modern team games on the water
