Gym «Prism» is a two-storied complex where any person irrespective of sex, level of training, interests and preferences will choose individual or group health-improving programs.
The first floor is a «water zone». On its territory there is a comfortable swimming-pool which is made for sport trainings and also for aqua-aerobics and sport games. SPA-zone is perfect for relaxation after hardworking trainings.
The second floor of Fitness House «Prizm» seats training rooms: two aerobic rooms, weight room, cardio-zone, and kid's sport room. All the places are equipped with up-to-date techniques with adjusted for any necessity of our visitors.
