Fitness House «GARDEN» - is a cutting edge two-story gym perfect for workout and recreation.
It consists of a water and a fitness zone.
The Water zone includes swimming pool 40 meters in length. It’s a good choice for beginners and also for professionals. You can choose any sort of exercises — aqua-fitness and aqua-aerobics. Our experienced trainers will be happy to give you good advice. Under the direction of experienced trainer your child will enjoy swimming and will have fun time at water amusement in special kid's swimming-pool. Spa zone arranged at the first level of gym «Garden» becomes a great health rest after hardworking trainings.
The second level of gym «Garden» consists of zones for complex classes with use of gym trainers. Here you can choose proper classic fitness program. There are more than 30 of them.
Also on the second level of Fitness House there are special areas for boxing and other martial arts classes and zone for active sport games where you can organize football, volleyball and basketball team competitions.
Apart from services included to the price of individual contract you may order extra services like personal trainer, master classes and tanning booths.
